Sime Darby Property Bhd. engages in property development and provision of management services. It operates through the following segments: Property Development, Property Investment, Leisure and Hospitality, and Concession Arrangement. The Property Development segment refers to the development of residential, offices, retail and industrial properties. The Property Investment segment relates to leasing and property management services for assets in Malaysia, Singapore, and United Kingdom which include apartments, corporate offices, and commercial and retail spaces. The Leisure and Hospitality segment manages the hospitality and leisure assets which comprises of a convention centre and golf courses in Malaysia, and a serviced residence in Vietnam. The Concession Arrangement segment focuses on the design, development, financing, construction and completion of Pagoh Education Hub (PEH). The company was founded on September 15, 1973 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
