Gagasan Nadi Cergas Bhd. is investment holding company, which engages in the business of building construction and property development, through its subsidiaries. It operates through the following segments: Construction; Concession and Facility Management; Utility; Property Development; and Other. The Construction segment provides conceptual design and advisory, design development, and liaison with relevant authorities for approvals. The Concession and Facility Management segment deals with undertaking and providing various concession and asset management services involving comprehensive maintenance and schedule refurbishment and replacement of assets. The Utility segment focuses on setting up of thermal energy storage plant which forms part of a district cooling system where thermal energy is stored in a storage tank during low-energy demand hours and discharged for usage during high energy demand hours resulting in energy conservation and cost efficiency for the cooling system. The Property Development segment develops residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The Other segment consists of properties investment and management services. The company was founded on July 17, 2017 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
